  2. Calm and Soothing I purchased this cd along with meditations for relaxation. While they are both wonderful, the meditations for a clear mind are my favorite. The guided meditation is gentle, peaceful and the imagery is beautiful. In addition, the meditation length is enough time to get you deeply relaxed and contemplative, but not so long that you get distracted or bored. These are equally wonderful for a beginner practitioner or a long-time student.
