The Illegal Gardner — good read This was a very enjoyable story. It’s a story of 2 people who have a solid friendship – it was just that, a friendship.The historical aspect was interesting and the author showed how difficult life was for some at that time. But the main characters were able to overcome the obstacles and it was a very real story.It is written very well, even with the few grammatical errors. The ending was unpredictable & a great end to a great story.
The Illegal Gardener I am very particular about books I read and more often than not,I start a book,read a few pages and then stop reading it because it doesn’t hold my interest. However, The Illegal Gardener kept me interested and captivated from page one to the end. I actually hated to have the story end.Â
