  1. well put together and insightful book I thought this was going to be a bit goofy or corny and play off of the recent obsession with unicorns, rainbows and whatnot, but it was actually very well done. The affirmations were pretty classy and insightful and the layout was put together with thought.

  2. I bought this journal for my 13 yr old daughter … I bought this journal for my 13 yr old daughter who is very familiar w positive affirmations and she LOVES it! She has shared some of the affirmations she has learned from this journal w her friends. The language is appropriate and is received well by adolescents. She is asking for the cards to use as daily reminders. I will be ordering more for my nieces!

  3. Great for self care kits if you have mental ailments It’s cute. I have depression, anxiety and PTSD. I bought this to include in my self care kit, which I use everyday regardless of crisis. I’ve been enjoying flipping through it. It’s got beautiful bright illustrations, is quite humorous, nonsensical, but most of all uplifting, which is kind of it’s job. I don’t have the cards but I’ll probably buy them at some point to put in my bag. I’m hoping Suzi Barrett comes out with more junk I can buy. Create a stack of stickers and my obsessive and…
