life changing If you think you have a problem, you probably do. No matter what your health concerns are, this ‘food plan’ is an excellent place to start. Really, really promotes a healthy balanced way to eat, so permanent change is possible.Believe it, you can eat better to feel better!
Not bad… This is my least favorite of my meditation books. Following the author’s food plan (which I do) seems to be a necessity in order to find this book endurable.I think OA’s meditation books and Elizabeth L.’s are much better.
My Favorite Dail Reading Book This is my favorite daily affirmation book. This book has an excellent combination topics. I really like the reminders of the basic “blocking and tackling” needed keep food clean according to her food plan. I also like her reminders on how to deal with life’s challenges. I have used many different daily reading books and this is hands down my favorite.
