A QUEST OF HEROES (BOOK #1 IN THE SORCERER’S RING) revolves around the epic coming of age story of one special boy, a 14 year old from a small village on the outskirts of the Kingdom of the Ring. Thorgrin senses he is different from the others. He dreams of becoming a great warrior, of joining the King’s men and protecting the Ring. 1. wonderful story line My husband introduced me to your vampire books. I loved them all and finished them in 3 weeks. So when this book came out I was so happy to read another book of yours. I am a mom to 2 wonderful kids and stepmom to 3. With my life being so crazy with 5 kids and working fulltime. I need some “me” time to relax and your books provide that for me.

The young hero, Thor, is more than the simple country bumpkin he first appears to be. Armed with only courage and the deep desire to join in his king’s Legion, Thor runs away from home to find his destiny, never knowing how different from the rest of his family he really is.

  3. This book is what people who don’t like the genre probably think all fantasy novels are like A thoroughly generic assembly of tired fantasy tropes played straight without a trace of irony or originality, including but not limited to:
