Great for travel I gave this to my 6-year-old niece, as she embarked on a long road trip to her dad’s for the holidays. It was a big hit – she giggled and listened eagerly for much of the trip, and never seemed to tire of Amelia’s adventures. The narration is great, and the storytelling is a classic part of childhood literature.I think this (and similar books on CD) are a great alternative to portable movies or video games. Stories are a great way to encourage imagination, and this is well done…
