A wonderful roller coaster of emotion on this one The twists in this book had me saying WOW. I was so angry with Layana. I wanted to throttle her, but by the time the twist was revealed, I was feeling for her. This was my first Alessandra Torre novel and it won’t be my last. It has been a long while since a book has gripped me so tightly that I forgo sleep to keep reading.Â
