Great new author! Book 2 was as enjoyable as Book 1, Father Luis and Michael, Helen and Oscar are compelling characters. Here’s hoping Book 3 is in the works.
A compelling mystery set in the underbelly of LA’s Asian community. Having read and enjoyed the first book in this series I was curious to see how the author would follow up. I was not disappointed. It also doesn’t hurt that I’m a Catholic myself, a former altar boy even,back in the day. This book is even better than the debut.
