Unfortunately, overhyped disappointment I have to admit to being rather disappointed with Ghost Fleet.Â
Can’t believe I finished this book! It was horrible. This is one of my favorite genres. I was really looking forward to enjoying this story about a realistic scenario. I also happen to agree with what I believe to be the authors’ perspective regarding the misguided approach to the development and acquisition of recent weapons systems and platforms (e.g., any of them over the last 10-15 years, culminating in the CF of the F-35 A-C). Lost Potential I really wanted to like this book. Everything about it sounded interesting, including the description on the back cover. Alas, this book was not for me.Â
