Tis the season…for ghosts. Verity Long has come to terms with the fact that she can see spirits, and talk to them, and…she’s actually making cookies for one of them. But she’s drawing the line at any more ghost hunting or mystery solving. Until a dear friend needs help locating a missing antique at the party of the year. Not one to leave a friend in need, Verity straps on her sparkly heels and sneaks in to see what she can find – only to uncover a startling secret that will change everything.
Just another one… another great Angie Fox book. It’s just to short but I’m greedy. This review is going to sound almost generic because it is difficult to say how good Angie Fox’s books are in different words so many times. I guess that, in itself, says a lot because I’ve read every book in this series which is why I’ve run out of superlatives. It is sort of a continuing story so you’ll be best served if you get on with book one and work your way through but if you have any interest in book one, you will enjoy the rest of the series as much or more. Me? I’m just sitting…
Witty and fun read This was a cute little novella, only about 40 pages long, that takes place chronologically between books 2 and 3 of the Southern Ghost Hunter Mysteries.Â
Holiday Spirits? This series must be read in order. The first book is Southern Spirits. The second book is A Ghostly Gift. The third book is The Skeleton In The Closet. This is the fourth book. I can’t wait to read The Haunted Heist!Â
