When the road forks, how do you know which path is the right one? Raven Black hunts evildoers for fun, but her vigilante justice isn’t the only reason she’s hiding from the law. Half vampire, half mage, she’s spent years living as a rogue to stay alive. When a Russian shifter offers her a job in his covert organization hunting outlaws, dignity and a respectable career are finally within her grasp. The catch? Her new partner is Christian Poe – a smug, handsome vampire whom she’d rather stake than go on a stakeout with. They’re hot on the trail of a human killer who will stop at nothing to get what he wants. One misstep during her probationary period could jeopardize Raven’s chance at redemption, and her partner would love nothing more than to see her fail. Dark secrets, unexpected twists, and a blurred line between good and evil will keep you on the edge of your seat. Will Raven find the courage to succeed, or will she give in to her dark nature?

  1. Antoher awesome story!!!! I was excited about this book because I have always had a soft spot for Mr. Poe. As I read this story I fell in love with each character and how they worked together. I hope as this series goes on we get to know how each one of them ended up where they are. I hope to know what caused Raven to take this path. I like most are probably dying to know HOW THE HECK… But than I thought about the Mageri series and the truth about Silver so I know in Dannika’s world anything happen.

  2. Precious, I WANT MORE! ‘Precious,’ I want more! I want more! I WANT MORE! KEYSTONE is a challenging read. Not because I am unfamiliar with the author or the subject matter but the masterful way Dannika Dark cleverly chooses to weave the story of the ‘new’ Motley Crue known as KEYSTONE. KEYSTONE is an introduction to some of the most intriguing writing I’ve read-to-date from Ms. Dark due mainly in part by the intricate weave of the story fabric. Breeds and characters I have been exposed to through Dark’s work and her…

  3. Christian Poe: “Jaysus wept….” Christian was always my favorite character from the Mageri series and I would have been just as happy if Silver has chosen him instead of Logan. I kind of hoped she would (especially after all the blood exchange and neck nuzzling.) I like Raven in this new series, but it didn’t seem like we got enough of Christian and she is mostly just fighting her tepid attraction to him, which was a little frustrating at this point since we’ve waited so long for Christian’s story and I very much wanted him…
