Good but a bit too descriptive I liked this story quite a lot. Grace was an architect that specialized in restoring historical buildings. She lived in Virginia but was sent to Braley, England to restore a historic building. A good and semi-mild story. I liked the storyline and the characters and, interested enough to read another in the series. I wasn’t sure what to expect in tone and flow, or level of intimacy. The pace could have been a little faster but it wasn’t so slow that the story dragged or made me want to quit reading. The intimacy was in the low-medium range -not too descriptive or crass in description. Great read, very entertaining, loved it Sometimes I will read a review and the reviewer will wonder if a good review is written by a relative of the author or someone she has paid, etc. There are times when I read a low star review and I have to wonder if the reviewer just likes to be the first one with a low review.
