Taylor provides a brief background on the Taskforce and Pike Logan, making it unnecessary to have read other entries in the series. This is a fast-paced story, where the action accelerates as Pike and his team discover a terrorist plot aimed to destroy the US economy and cause chaos with a series of attacks.
