He is a self-made billionaire.
Technological genius and CEO of Hall Technology, Christopher Hall first met Sara Sherbrooke when he and Jake Sherbrooke were college roommates. As they work together to promote a new education initiative, neither can deny the attraction between them. But will their growing romance be worth all of the consequences?
Kind of lame. I found this book to be boring and lame. It started off ok, but then it just fell flat. I blame that mostly on the way the author wrote Sara, the heroine. She was too unsure about everything. She was scared of her shadow. There are pages and pages of her worrying about her relationship with the hero. Her relationship with her sister and her relationship with her brothers. There was WAY too much inner dialogue. She would finally work through how she was going to make things better, but then she…
Immature character I read the first 2 and felt I had to review this one. The first book sets you up to not like Sara very much and I thought her story would have been a little better than it was. She was still shallow and immature and the mandatory conflict that has to occur was not believable at all. There were some problems with the editing and the authors affection for starting a sentence with an action or descriptive word is irritating, she is also VERY fond of the word RATHER. Please get a better editor…
The princess’s education She’s not really a princess but when your father is the President, you do get royal treatment. Sara Sherbrooke is the Chief of Staff to a US Senator. And she did it without her father’s connections. It’s what she’s always wanted. But even surrounded by D.C. and The Hill, she’s lonely.Â
