The near future. A UFO appears on Earth’s orbit. Ignoring all contact attempts, it showers the planet with priceless artifacts. Choose: perfect health, $10 million, or seven years in prison, per the new amendment.
The night of the meteor shower, Paul and his friends run around the city, engaging in quick fights with citizens gone crazy, trying to obtain one of the artifacts.
But is it really selfless help the mysterious aliens are offering? What awaits a human who holds a precious crystal in his hand? Where will he wake up tomorrow? What if the first thing he sees when he opens his eyes is the blinking line of text “Loading location: virtual training ground Kubinka-Digital. Welcome, cadet! You’re now space fighter pilot!”?
Great opening to another series I gave this a 5 star beacuse its a great opening story which sets the tone for the series. The protagonist was well thought out and made me think what would i do if that was me. I would recommend this to anyone that is new or returning veteran to the litrpg series or even if u like military fiction was a nice blend of both. Looking forward to seeing were this will go
Fun read ahead! First off, I was given a free copy of this to read before release and asked to review it. No other conditions applied. That being said, I loved the book. It has the grand adventure thing going for it. Our character starts off, crippled and almost hopeless. But is given another chance. He tries to give his new chance to another, and instead they are both dragged into this grand adventure. I love the RPG portion of this and wish I could play a game based on it.Â
He mentions Snowie I read D Rus alterworld series. So when I heard he had a new series coming out I was really excited. Now full disclosure D Rus sent me a copy early to review. I still bought my kindle copy because I like to support things I enjoy. Now to the review.Â
