Radio Drama at it’s Finest! Northanger Abbey is one of my favorite Jane Austen stories (as well as the only book I have listened to in this collection so far). I have been DROOLING over this collection since it was first announced, and it is FINALLY available in the USA.Â
Entertaining! Really great dramatization of the six most famous Jane Austen novels (and Emma is in this edition too even though it’s not listed on the cover image). Actors were excellent! Keep in mind this is a dramatization, not an unabridged reading. It’s entertaining and I definitely enjoyed it. I found it fairly easy to tell the characters apart by their voices, although I must admit by the time I listened to Persuasion I had characters and relationships a little mixed up sometimes!
