Workaholic billionaire Sawyer Carlyle may have joked he needed a buffer from their marriage-obsessed mom, but he didn’t need a waiting room filled with candidates to further distract him. (Thanks, bro.) But when a sexy job applicant shoos his mom and the socialite in tow out of his office, Sawyer sees the genius of the plan. And the woman. In fact, Miss Clover Lee might just get the fastest promotion in history, from buffer to fake fiance . . . This free spirit might look like hot sunshine and lickable rainbows, but she negotiates like a pit bull. Before Sawyer knows what hit him, he’s agreed to give up Friday nights for reality TV, his Saturdays for flea markets (why people buy junk still baffles him), his Tuesdays and Thursdays for date nights (AKA panty-losing opportunities if he plays his cards right). And now she wants lavender bath salts and tulips delivered every Monday? Yup, she’s just screwing with him. Good thing she’s got this non-negotiable six-weeks-and-she’s-gone rule, or Sawyer may have just met his match . . . Contains mature themes.

Negotiating Love Sawyer is a successful businessman who is also a workaholic. His mom has made it her mission to get him married. As a joke, his brother runs an ad for a personal buffer to help keep his mother off Sawyer’s back. When Sawyer witnesses the beautiful Clover putting his mom and a couple of her wife candidates in their place, he decides having a buffer might be a good thing and hires Clover. They reach an agreement with an expiration date, but neither are ready for the feelings they develop towards…

No negotiation needed to love this book What a great read this is. As a personal buffer Clover Lee applies for the position because she always is looking for the craziest and short term jobs, where Sawyer Carlyle who the buffer is for but did not put the ad out. These two have chemistry are great together who expects that a fake job will turn into a fake job but can it turn into real love. Avery Flynn again makes you want more with great character and a great story. Sawyer and Clover are quirky and great story.

The Art of Negotiations The Negotiator by Avery Flynn is the perfect title for this wonderful and funny book, but it doesn’t describe what you might expect. What turns out to be a brotherly prank turns into lots of fun, new experiences, and lots and lots of negotiations.
