amazing Probably the best real estate book there is. There are ones out there that specialize in small aspects of real estate; however, this book is a great collection of different experts writing about their specialization. Its the best place to start for real estate investing
….I REALLY hate to say this, but I expected more… I got the paper copy and unabridged audio book.And honestly…. All of the weight this publication carries in the mass and gravitational force exerted on the pages.At first, I loved it, but once I read other books that have actual mathematical formulas, exercises, checklists, forms, resources, references, etc…. I realized this book has a lot of words, but very little content. I’ve been through it many times, and I likely will go through it more.
