It is great but there are four disks and no title list telling you what story is on what disk. Pain.
Kept the kids quiet in the car for hours! Great collection and so good to hear it read by the author. The kids (6 & 8) love it and keeps them engaged on car journeys. So far they haven’t got bored of hearing it again and again. Great value entertainment.
The Penguin reissue of Dahl’s own Caedmon readings There are precious few audio documents of Roald Dahl’s own readings, be it his adult or children’s stories. However the American Caedmon label recorded 4 audiobook records of Dahl reading his own children’s stories.
