Toby Neal Delivers! If you have been reading the Lei series you will be ready for this treat! Along with the usual page turning suspense you will finally see Lei truly come into her own as a professional and a woman. She has grown up and we have been there with her watching her from the PTSD wreck in book one to the still edgy (but in a good way) woman who is ready to make real choices for her life.Â
Another captivating adventure I’m not even sure where to start. Each book gets better and better. I feel as if Lei is an old friend- and to me, that’s the mark of an excellent book/series/character. With each book I’ve read, I’ve learned a little more about my old friends- and “Twisted Vine” is no different. I thoroughly enjoyed learning more about Sophie Ang and following the continuation of the relationship between Lei and Stevens.Â
