  1. Sigh…. Too wonderful! Too short…totally sigh worthy!

  2. They thought they had to die to be together forever, it was truer than they first imagined. A short story I could not put down. I love how she incorporated the past with future events. How they could hold out for 500 years is heartbreaking to think about. And though both had their own reasons, Sherrilyn was able to show us how they fought through doubts and in their minds, betrayal, to save each other.

  3. Great book, could have been longer This book was a great mix of many elements. The hero’s attempt to infuriate his very estranged wife were laughable. There was just enough action to keep you turning pages. I loved how both the hero and the heroine felt they had suffered because of the other until a loved one allowed them to walk in the other’s shoes. The conclusion was a little too simplistic with the final battle being cut short in the epilogue. I think Ms. Kenyon could easily rework this into a full length novel.
