  1. Fast-paced police procedural. I am not, admittedly, a crime novel reader; in fact other than the TV show “Castle” I haven’t taken much interest in such things for the past 20 years or so. However lately I’d wanted to try something outside my usual sci-fi/fantasy tastes and the reviews of this book sounded good so, I thought, “Well, why not…” I was NOT disappointed.

  2. Superior story This book features interesting characters working to solve a very interesting case. Additional interest is supplied by several highly relevant subplots. A young girl is kidnapped from a park playground and the local police work with the FBI to try to solve the case while protecting the life of the young victim. This is one of the better books I have read recently.

  3. A Great Read “Web of Fear” is a fast paced with plenty of tension. The characters are well-developed. you would like to know them better. The plot involves the kidnapping of a child named Abigail. All of the characterics seem alive and real. Th villian comes as a surprise. I thoroughly enjoyed “Web Of Fear” and look forward to reading more novels by the author.
