Self Leadership is the Key I found this book to contain some key principles for individual success in all phases of life. It will help me become a better self leader by teaching me how to seek out the direction and support I need to be successful. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in being more successful in all areas of their life.

Magic of No Excuses This is a terrific, and terrifically wise little book. The message of having a “leadership” perspective–no matter what your title in your organization–is simply liberating. Being able to use the Situational Leadership II model to influence up is inspirational. So often we wait around for someone or something else to make it all happen…no more!
