    Magic of No Excuses This is a terrific, and terrifically wise little book. The message of having a “leadership” perspective–no matter what your title in your organization–is simply liberating. Being able to use the Situational Leadership II model to influence up is inspirational. So often we wait around for someone or something else to make it all happen…no more!
