    I enjoyed how this book helps women to see below the surface This book was very instrumental in helping a women to see how she can manage her life in a more productive manner. Instead of always blaming others for life’s problems, the author shows how a woman can step back from the situation and change the way she perceives the problem. Sometimes we cause our own problems or it might be something we grew up with that needs to be examined objectively. This book also helped me to see where some of the stresses in my life were coming from and how to cope…

    Great book! I purchased this book shortly before what I knew would be to-date the most difficult time in my life. Through following the readings and meditations I feel that I was able to endure the difficult time with the courage and empowerment that the author offers.     This book will help you grow! I stumbled on this book in the bookstore, along with “The Woman’s Book of Confidence,” and bought both books. I keep them in my bottom desk drawer at work and read passages from time to time during the day.
