  1. years of laughs Every now and then I pull this book out to see if a new acquaintance has similar tastes in humour. Usually, they split a gut over this stuff. If they just look at me with a blank stare, I know we won’t be seeing that much of each other. My brother bought several Deep Thoughts books for my dad years ago on Christmas.   2. Great as a resource for writing comedy Funny book. This is a good little thing to have on a very small coffee table, or to give to a friend. I purchased it because I had heard it was an excellent book to use as a primer for writing stand-up comedy. Apparantly several comedians out there in the world have used this series of books as a framework for designing stand-up comedy, and silly situations.I highly agree.

  3. 90’s flashbacks Reminds me of my teens and 20’s. One of my favorite parts of SNL back in those days. Bought it for my sis for Christmas and she thought it was one of the best gifts she had gotten – even read a bunch of them aloud to the rest of us. Actually brightened a rough Christmas this year.
