Another wonderful creation by Colleen I own all of Colleen’s books (in fact, her podcast was the reason I became vegan) and love all of them. They are nice to touch, to look at, to read thru, and try new recipes. I just got this latest book and started reading each entry day by day. I must start out by saying that Colleen Patrick-Goudreou is one of my favorite vegan authors; her cookbooks “The Vegan Table” and “Color Me Vegan” feature some of my most-used recipes.
