    I recommend this book highly This book is incredible. I have been feeling stuck attempting to write “memoir.” This book provides an incredible writer’s road-map with concrete examples that make sense! The memoirs cited by the authors as specific examples of certain writing techniques are so helpful. I recommend this book highly; it’s the best ‘how to write your memoir’ style book out there!

    This book will take you to a completed manuscript if you listen and follow I am happy to review this book as it took me beyond a troubling impasse in my memoir writing. I read Brooke’s first book and found a general foundation for my book. But this book took me to where I really believed I had a story to tell.
