HERE WE GO AGAIN!
Who in here as ever tried whatever the brand new latest and greatest diet fad was that swept the world by storm (for 15 minutes or so)?
Come on…
The answer is more than likely EVERYONE right?
Well actually that is pretty awesome!
Why is that so awesome?
It is because those people who have spent the most time jumping on and off bandwagons are actually closer than they think to discovering xanadu!
Well maybe not xanadu! But I think you get where I am going with this???
Hopefully…
If not then trust me, I am always going somewhere with a thought. It may take a while to reach its destination but it does eventually get there. You may just have to stick around long enough to see it hit its landmark.
So if you have never heard of me before than you must know that my books are going to be slightly different than the norm. This is because I am an actual real life human being who writes from personal experience and from the soul.
Sometimes there are people who absolutely hate this!
Oh well, you cannot please everyone. When you try and please everyone you end up pleasing no one.
So did you happen to read the title?
Are you one of those closed minded people who believes that it is not possible to lose body fat while eating what the general public views to be a “high calorie” diet?
Because in my world 3,000 calories is not anywhere close to high calorie!
The actual number of calories do not matter to be honest. I just used 3,000 as a reference point mainly to grab the attention of people as they are passing by scrolling through all of the myriads of cookie cutter books on the topic of weight loss or body fat loss.
I LIVE IN THE REAL WORLD.
I understand all types of metabolisms and how to manipulate (I hate using that word but I did anyways) them in any direction that a person is aiming for.
I know how to add on body fat on both low and high calories – I know how to take off body fat and keep it off as well – I know how to add on muscle and strip off muscle – There are no real secrets to any of these things it just takes lots of experience and application in real world scenarios.
My only mission being involved in this business is to help a small group of individuals become their own nutritionist at some point in their lives. That is my number 1 goal. This is easier said than done in todays world were we are constantly being spoon fed nonsense from health and fitness marketers who are only out to make a buck (s) (And lots of them;)

And you will never read a book like this or like any of my other books that I have written as well.
The things that I say about nutrition can only be said by those who have put in the actual time and effort and applied themselves what they tell others to apply. People who have gone through the good, the bad, and the ugly, and make it out on the other side alive and all in one piece, have filtered out all of the hogwash that gets shat out of the mainstream today.
That is you!
You are this close (I am holding my finger one inch from my thumb!) filtering out all of the diet jargon and nonsense and on the pathway to becoming your very own nutritionist!
You may not even know it, but I know it. I truly believe that everyone who has the desire to find optimum health can become their own nutritionist at some point. Good thing that I only have so many characters in this description or I will not ever shut up. Entertaining and Helpful! Dexter’s writing style is awesome. He doesn’t pull any punches and what he says makes sense. While he includes humor and sarcasm in his writing, his message is clear. Eating clean is the way to lose the fat you want and need to lose. A clean diet is helpful to the body in many ways. 5 STARS! Had me laughing while learning valuable info! READ THIS! Amazing! This is that “needle in the haystack” find. The Author is absolutely hilarious and helpful at the same time, as Dexter points out “weight loss is easy to attain, body fat loss is not.” This book is easily the most fun you will have reading a book on a Healthy subject, as it gained my interest within the first minute.Â
Blunt and Effective This is a tough-love dieting book that focuses on motivation and will-power. The author writes in a frank style that is sure to stimulate even the most unmotivated of dieters. If you want to shed fat fast and in a healthy fashion, this book is a great place to start.
