  1. He went long on describing what motivation is and asking … He went long on describing what motivation is and asking all the questions you would want to know about it,but he was very short on answers and solutions.This is not a keeper.

  2. motivation isn’t exactly easy to come by As a college senior nearing graduation, motivation isn’t exactly easy to come by. This book is a short and simple plethora of motivation. Paul doesn’t analyze every little scientific aspect of each of his ten steps to becoming more motivated. He tells how each step has helped him which made it more real. He kept it short and simple so that as you read, you are less likely to stop reading. I enjoyed the questions at the end because they did make me think about my answers and my own motivation…

  3. Actionable quick read on motivation! In this book the author talks about the details of motivation from an actionable point of view. The author encourages us to find out what motivates us, he talks about the importance of starting our day right, the power of music, encourages us to “just do it,” which in today’s busy world we feel less and less inclined to. He also talks about our greatest opponent, finding our purpose, improving our environment. In chapter 8, which is my favorite, he talks about mastering our Universe…
