Exceeded my expectations!! This was one of those ebooks I decided to try on a whim, not expecting more than another hour or less wasted on a self help book that didn’t help. To my surprise, this was written in a workbook form, which I actually followed, only reading and implementing the part I was supposed to when suggested.
