Great weight loss book A very nice book for those who are going to lose weight in a healthy way. There are many explainings in the book why and what should we eat, how important is exercises and why. But, the best thing I like in the book is a sample of meals and workout routines.
What I love about this book What I love about this book, is that it did not force me to starve myself from my cravings. Reading this is an encouragement for me to enjoy what I am doing. Great guide! This guide on losing weight was very informative. It had a lot of tips and strategies on how to lose weight. The book presented not only ways to lose weight but to also be healthier.
