This has been the toughest year of my life. I watched my brother go into the draft without me, my mom got divorced, and the weight of my family’s issues is heavy on my shoulders. I feel like it’s my job to fix everything while working my butt off in school and trying to make my game better. I have to go into the draft. It will give my family the support they need, and it will prove that I’m good enough. But to get there, I have to show I can be the best captain for the Bellevue Bullies. The spot is mine – no one can take it. First, though, Jude is making me go on a brothers’ weekend. Innocent enough, I guess…until I see her. She’s the biggest competitor I’ve ever faced. Not only for my spot but also for my heart. It’s hard to ignore someone like Baylor Moore.

thoughts on clipped by love Each book of Toni aleo’s I have enjoyed and this one is no different. The Sinclair boys just grab you and don’t let go. Jayden is amazing. He has you swoon and each moment each little gesture he does gets you further in the swoon. He’s sensitive and kind, thoughtful and gentle. He’s also everyone biggest supporter especially Baylor. His younger brother Jace is so much fun but when he needs to be he’s insightful and kind. A bit of a playah with the ladies but…
Five stars!!! Right off the bat I can say Baylor is the nuts! There have been characters in a book I wanted to be because of the male opposite them, but in this book I wanted to be Baylor because she seriously kicked butt on and off the ice, although Jayden is insanely hot and competitive and I would not mind being Baylor for that reason alone. It is in both his and her competitiveness that the sparks fly between these two.Â
