Great Non-Guided Meditation There is nothing better for meditation than the Hemi-Sync binaural beats leading you deeper and deeper. This CD does not have any verbal guidance but is a steady stream of whooshy sounds and pink noise that is one track that lasts 45 minutes. You can use this CD for as long as you need it. I have studied many spiritual practices and I usually use this CD as the background for it. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a little quiet mind time that does not require guidance.
