A Good Mystery Read This is an easy to read mystery with interesting, well-developed characters and a logically flowing story line. The plot is plausible and thewriter keeps things moving along without a lot of “fill” that isn’t necessary to the story. I have read several of these Fen novels now and hope morewill be written.
An Adequate Series Addition This is the third in the “fens series” and once again, I am taken by the locale and the way Ms. Ellis describes the fens. This backdrop really adds to the tone of the books. There are quite a bit of computer/techy issues that complicate the mystery – cybercrime, surveillance, virus etc. – and that may become tiresome for some.
