True Victorian Romance What a lovely Victorian romance! A courageous heroine in the style of Austen’s Sense & Sensibility whose world falls apart, mingled with Bronte’s Jane Eyre — you can’t go wrong with this if you’re a true romantic!
Wonderful writer! S Wonderful writer! S.G. Rogers creates the most heart-rendingly beautiful stories where explicit scenes are not necessary because they are so cleverly written with excellent plot twists that hold the reader. This book, I think, ties with Larken as my favorite. Jasmine is a great heroine and Rogers books never color the heroes with their overbearing sexual experience which diminishes the love story.
