A bit disappointing I was disappointed in this one. The storyline didn’t have a solid feel about it, and attention to detail was loose. Nearly gave up in a couple of places. Not the sort of performance I expect from Baldacci.
2booksaweek I am the biggest Baldacci fan ever and especially like the Puller series. In the past Baldacci has been able to tell the incredible story without using the “F” word often. This story was so suspenseful and well written but the language ruined it for me. I don’t want to read it or hear it on audible. Yes, people talk like that but it is actually possible to tell the story without it. Come on Baldacci, be one author who doesn’t ruin books with filthy language. You would be surprised how…
