Worth Every Penny for Rapid Weight Loss I saw Dave Zinczenko on Good Morning America and had to buy this book after seeing that there’s a whole doughnut’s worth of sugar in my store-bought spaghetti sauce! Glad I did.   2. Not what i was expecting Disappointed and not what I thought the book would be about. More about American companies, food industry, government and how processed food and labelling contributes to our intake of sugar. Less practical help in reducing my sugar and small amount of recipes.
