A friend suggested that i do automatic writing to grow spiritually. This book has helped me with easy, clear, step by step instructions. It has practical instructions that anyone can follow. I have a very busy schedule and this book has helped me develop my meditation skills as well as automatic writing. I now find time for me with these exercises.
I have not really had a chance to read all this book at this time.But what I did read it will help me alot!
I am being generous with three stars Do not judge a book by the cover. That is just what I did with this book. The cover is wonderful. But that is the only thing that is wonderful about this book. Instructions were weak, lots and lots of pages were blank so you could write down who you wanted to contact and what you wanted to learn. Something that would have made the book much better would be to tell personal experiences or your own journey or something. This book could have been made into a pamphlet and changed $1 not $17.
