One of my most touching reminisces is one that includes a pair of humble shoes, that not only saw lots of wear, but also kindness, giving, and selflessness; and in turn, the recognition of my spirit which influences every choice, every decision, and every move that I make. Sole Establishment was written to make you dig down deep, search within yourself, and to make you reflect upon what has formed you into who you are. After completion, I hope that it wakes up your individuality and awakens a desire to celebrate your personal brilliance that shines upon the world. Heart Felt This book is an incredible journey and I feel privileged to have went through it with the writer. So many times in the book I felt as if I were there, the scenes were so vivid and brought out a torrent of emotions. I applaud Teresa for being brave enough to write ab out her deepest fears and her darkest secrets.The book lays your heart bare in a very good way. One of the few writers that I have connected with this deeply.

Excellent read Teresa has once again opened her heart as she has done in her other books only this time she has shared her deepest fears and secrets. This book will make you laugh and cry. I can relate to alot of Teresa’s journey’s. I have also lost my mom so I know how it hurts daily to not have her around. Teresa you have done it again.
