I appreciate this subject matter being covered because it is so often ignored. Seniors are our present and future big time. I apreciate someone covering this subject that so many of us have been living in one way or another. It is a bit clinical but it is still a great help to give some insight into what goes on in nursing homes today. This is a topic that if we pay more attention and see how people are living in this situation today we may be able to change our own futures there for the best.

Well-written, thought-provoking and occasionally insightful, this book is worth your time. It is a quick read and the premise is simple enough that one wonders why it hasn’t been thought of before. From whom would it better to learn insight into life’s lessons than those at the end of life? Recommended.

I would give this 5+ stars if I could. The author goes into detail about lessons to be learned from those who live/survive successfully in nursing homes.
