Detailed, easy to read and fun This book was a great resource for me – I wanted so badly to know how to incorporate a message and a practical theme into my yoga practice, but wasn’t exactly sure how to do it. unless you had a really terrible teacher training program The book is okay, it won’t change your life and, unless you had a really terrible teacher training program, isn’t anything you haven’t already learned. I was also really depressed to see her make light of suicide within the text. There were several times she noted things like “if you do ____ I would probably go home and hang myself”. Suicide is not a joke, and really makes me think twice about taking this type of advice for how to theme and hold space for others, from an individual…
