Emotional issues are what make wreight loss so difficult. If weight loss and control were easy, there would not be a huge epidemic of obesity today.   3. Good, solid, tips. Not a diet that tells you what to eat. This book is amazing. If you need help getting a handle on your weight (and not the love handle kind) you need to read this book.
