A “must have”! This journal/book is wonderful! I feel like this was written in my own words and thoughts except I’m not this poetic! Kleida speaks for us all…she truly understands the struggles we face in trying to get to a healthy weight…and stay there! “Build Your Motivation” has already been a tremendous help to me and I know it will continue to be so in my weight loss journey! I’m buying more copies for my friends and family!
Diary of the unmotivated. As someone who is easily discouraged and constsntly giving up when the littlest thing goes wrong this has given me renewed determination. Even if you fail once that doesn’t mean you will fail for a lifetime. This was different for a good reason. If you are struggling to keep up with this society of contradicting messages of “eat this, be thin, be yourself, be better,” this is a must buy.
Love It!!! Emotional eating has been a vicious cycle for me. Only to be followed by mentally beating myself up for failure-what I enjoyed about this book is the Author gets that!! You think you’re the only one feeling this way and then you realize this is a struggle for many. The author helps you to see in simple ways the necessity to reset emotionally before reinventing yourself externally. It makes sense!!! Having a journal helps you to see your growth and to notice areas you need to address. Love…
