It is an excellent anthology of application strategies supported by research.The book’s format is easy to read, understand and use. I absolutely love this book I absolutely love this book! I have seen the motivation peak with the use of the “Expert Cards” to identify individual strengths and the “Gold Cards” to encourage self-directions and responsibility. I can see using this book for years to come.
