When I was younger, I was desperately shy. I had real problems with blushing, and not just “regular” blushing. Whenever I even thought of speaking to new people about anything, my whole head would turn beet red. I’m sure people could even see me blushing from behind my back.

    Excellent. Simple and therefore excellent What a great read. There is so much out there to choose from but this simple book is a great reminder of what we can do to focus on ourselves and our achievements to keep our confidence up. I think it’s quite a challenge to even admit that low confidence is affecting us or we are not feeling good about ourselves, denial is the first and most obvious response to even a whiff of this thought. But I was not getting the results I desired and said I wanted and I just had to work out why that was. I’d do loads of goal setting and writing and planning and even take loads of action but somehow things just wouldn’t quite come off. I accept those things today as part of being human but the reminders in this book and the so simple little exercise in the last chapter has me remember every day what I have achieved, what I have done and how I feel about my achievements on a day to day basis. If you are not getting the results you want in your life and you have tried every other book out there…
