  1. I was doubtful, but it worked! I long ago resigned myself to being one of those people who just never gets a truly good nights sleep. I have never learned the trick of “shutting off the noise” of my brain. When a friend suggested this cd to me, I had very low expectations as nothing had ever helped before. I am happy to say I was very very wrong! I have been listening to this cd for a little over a month now and am extremely happy with the restful sleep I am getting and I feel I have an overall improvement in my general outlook. Whether this can be attributed to the sleep itself or to the content while I am sleeping, I do not know as I have never actually heard all of it. I fall asleep within the first 10 minutes.I highly recommend this cd to anyone who has trouble finding that shut off valve, be it the chatter of stress or the “inner critic”. Great voice, great message, great cd.
