One of the authors favorites, this guided imagery takes listeners on a journey back to their aching hearts, where they discover that everything lost is still alive there. Designed to help people tolerate, experience and get beyond their pain, it s a favorite in grief support groups. (Running time: 48 minutes)
Easing Grief If you have the time, the meditations are wonderful. Since I am always on the go, I prefer the affirmations. I am learning how to cope in the present and prepare for a positive future.
do not expect much originality or difference in this series I now have a half dozen Beleruth Naparstek CD’s on various topics. By far the most disappointing factor is that most of them are very similar, with minor word changes to address the particular topic. So once you have perhaps two or three of these CD’s you might was well save your money on buying more, because they will all sound the same. The imagery is practically identical in many cases. The positive affirmations are modified to substitute the specific words for the title topic. Otherwise they are so similar that they provide very little additional value. This explains how there can easily be so many titles. So if you like these CD’s, and they can have their value, then get 2-3 of them and leave it at that. If you buy more of them you will be disappointed at the redundancy.
