Good Personal Care I just finished this book, not only was it a great intellectual read, it is spiritually and emotionally powerful. I greatly recommend this book for all pastoral self-care.Brad
Feeling self care and healing I found this book very creative toward this subject, it is simple but deep and very close to human experience, under all the nuances of spiritual life
A Wholistic Approach to Spiritual Health This is an excellent and approachable look at our challenge to integrate the various components of our lives as Christians. The only thing I don’t like about the book is the title. This is not a self focused book. Rather it looks at building a conceptual framework that empowers Christians to approach God with body mind and spirit. It is one of the most transforming reads that I have encountered.
