I really enjoyed the chapter “Grow Down This book is insightful and vulnerable as we are invited to share in Mandy’s personal journey.Her honesty helps me relate to my own experiences and have hope that maybe “heart break” is actually the opportunity to “break open.” The yoga sequences and energetic healing practices she offers are practical, spiritually nourishing and gives us a choice on how we approach moving through our own emotional pain. I really enjoyed the chapter “Grow Down.”
