  1. Get determined! The book that I needed! This book has everything that I needed to get motivation for my workouts as exercising is one of the most important aspect of your health. Becoming disciplined in exercising means that you will be able to control yourself, and who doesn’t want to be able to control themselves?! Highly recommend this book!

  2. Helpful and motivating! I really like to exercise. But the problem is that most of the time everything else is more important. Or that is what my mind is telling me. This book helps you finding motivation to exercise but not only that! It actually covers the basics of getting healthy. From exercise to your eating behavior! There are a few tips that helped me along the way, I would say use them!!!Although it’s it heavy in the beginning the results are nice!! Not only for my body but I also feel better!
